SMOOTHIE: Inner Ginger Zinger!

LOVE YOUR GUT with the Inner Ginger Zinger!
Spice up your daily Vita Biosa Ginger shot with this exciting ginger and tumeric based probiotic smoothie! Vita Biosa Ginger contains an added extra concentration of Ginger juice, which is fermented with the probiotic bacteria, leaving behind a strong, tummy yummy extract! Tumeric has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb, and has been known to help prevent chronic inflammation. One of the components of Tumeric is Cucumin, which has such powerful anti-inflammatory properties that it matches the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs, but without the side effects. Combine this with some Lemon and Pineapple, both packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, some Banana which apart from rounding up the taste a bit will also compliment the health factor with its content of potassium, and lastly Carrot which is rich in Vitamin A and beta carotene!
You can of course add some additional ginger, if you want to make this a super anti-inflammation smoothie, as the main bio-active compound in Ginger, “Gingerol”, is a powerful anti-inflammatory component.
• 1 cup of water
• 2 cups carrots, or, 1/2 cup carrot juice
• 1 large banana
• 1 cup fresh pineapple
• 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice, or, 1/2 small lemon yields
• 1 shot / 30ml Vita Biosa Ginger
• (optional) 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger
You can also loosen up the smoothie a bit with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or by adding more water.
Blend away, and "SKÅL!" as we say in Danish :-)
